We are individuals who work in the rental of new or renovated apartments with WIFI connection in Poitiers. We have about thirty housing of all types (studio, t1, t2, t3 ..) downtown. Present for over 8 years in Poitiers in this area, we know this city to work and live there for more than 15 years.

We offer housing exclusively downtown because the city is well served by public transport for access to universities, outdoor malls, train station or airport. We want to manage our homes ourselves (not through agency) for reasons of "proximity" with our tenants and for reasons of economy management fees for us and our future tenants.

Our tenants benefit from the continued presence of a steward and guardian of buildings likely to directly manage the potential problems with tenants. His presence also allows securing housing and maintenance of all technical elements.
